How much does Video Editor cost?
Video Editor is free to use. However, you can upgrade for more storage, longer lengths, and other perks. Streamlabs Ultra users also receive full access to Pro features.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You are not locked into any long-term contracts with Video Editor.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal and major credit cards are accepted.
I’m an Ultra subscriber. How do I use my Ultra subscription with Video Editor?
First, check that you have created a Streamlabs ID that is connected to your Ultra subscription. If you need help setting that up, check out our guide here.
Does my client or reviewer need an account?
Nope! You can share your video for review, approval, or preview with an unlimited number of people; they do not need to create an account.
If you would like to add the person as a collaborator on the project, they would need to create an account through their Google account or a Streamlabs ID.
Do I need a YouTube account?
No, you can log in with your Google account or Streamlabs ID. When ready, you can link a YouTube account to your Streamlabs ID.
Once you’re done, sign in with your Streamlabs ID, and you’ll have access to Video Editor Pro!
Do I need to install anything?
Video Editor works with your internet browser on desktop and mobile, so no downloads! For the best experience, we suggest using the newest version of your preferred browser.
What file formats do you support?
Video Editor supports all relevant modern file formats. For the fastest possible video experience, we suggest using .mp4 with the H.264 codec and AAC for audio.
Does Video Editor support multi-track audio?
The Video Editor does not currently support multi-track audio; however, we plan to implement this in the future.
What is the maximum upload size and length?
Your upload size is limited by the storage space available on your account. Free users have 5 GB, while Pro/Ultra users have 20 GB.
What is the maximum export length?
For free users, you can export videos up to 30 minutes in length. For Ultra members, you can export up to 1 hour.
Can I upload and download files in bulk?
Currently, we don’t support bulk uploading. However, you can download multiple assets simultaneously by clicking each asset’s download button.
What is your SLA for service uptime?
We strive for 99.99% uptime on all our services and have a historical record of meeting or exceeding that. However, we don’t have a specific SLA at this time.
