Deleting your Streamlabs and/or Logitech Account and Data is a fairly easy process, separated for your convenience below.
Deleting ONLY your Streamlabs Account
If you would simply like to delete your Streamlabs account, and do not wish to follow through with a complete data deletion, please follow the instructions below:
Step 1: Log in to our website at https://streamlabs.com/ with the streaming service account that you use.
Step 2: Then, go to your Account Settings page at https://streamlabs.com/dashboard/#/settings/account-settings.
Step 3: Click the General tab.
Step 4: Click the here text at the end of the paragraph shown in the screenshot below.
Step 5: Within a few minutes, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address that is tied to the streaming service account that you logged in with, to verify the deletion request.
Step 6: Please follow the instructions in this email to delete your account.
NOTE: If you are unable to log in or access your account, we can process a manual account deletion request for you. We will need the following information sent via ticket to start this process:
- User or channel name (for YouTube, use your Channel ID)
- Streaming service (Twitch, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Email address
- Country of residence
Deleting All of Your Logitech Data
Because Streamlabs is a Logitech company, all full data deletion requests must be processed via the Logitech Response Center at https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001149214. In order to process your full data deletion request, you will need to enter the correct information needed to verify your account there.
