What was the moment that made you say to yourself, “I want to be a designer?”

When we realized design has a positive impact on society as a whole. Nowadays people are looking for their places in the world — we need to feel included, we need to have a space for us to fit. We do not always connect with what’s around us. We noticed speaking different languages with visual communication made people feel happy, connected, and confident.

Those are strong reasons to keep pushing forward to cause a positive impact in the world directly from our desktops.

If there’s anything you could go back and tell yourself before starting out in this industry, what would it be?

Describe your design process for creating theme packages.

  1. Brainstorm with the team to find innovation.
  2. Motion & Graphic Design Directors assemble the team for the project.
  3. The project starts with a Graphic Designer presenting the first concepts.
  4. Once approved, static assets land on top of the respective Motion Designer.
  5. Animated assets are created and reviewed.
  6. Creative Director oversees all projects to make sure they’re fulfilling their purpose.
  7. Production Manager sends all assets to the Production Team
  8. Final files & Product Pages are taken care of.
