Navigating to Your Billing Page
- Log into Video Editor with the account that you purchased the subscription on.
- Click the gear ⚙️ in the top right corner.
- This will take you to your General Settings page, where you can then either click Payment Info or Invoices.
How to get an Invoice/Receipt
- Navigate to your Settings page.
- Click on Invoices.
- Then you can click Download to the right of each billing cycle that you need the invoice/receipt from.
Update Payment Information
To update your payment information, you need to cancel your current subscription and resubscribe using the new payment method. To resubscribe, you can go to our Plans page.
How to Cancel Subscription
- Navigate to your Settings page.
- Click Payment Info.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Once you have done that, you will see the confirmation screen to let you know that your subscription was canceled. If you have any parting information that you would like to share so we can improve Video Editor, please let us know here!
