Navigating to Your Billing Page
- Click on your Profile Picture at the top right and click Profile.
- Under Subscription Plan, Click Billing Information.
- Next, click Open billing information.
- A new tab will open with your Podcast Editor Billing page.
How to get an Invoice/Receipt
- From your Billing Page, scroll down to Invoice History.
- Click on the launch icon to the right of the date.
- A new tab will open. You can choose to download the invoice, receipt, or both!
Update Payment Information
- From your Billing Page, Find Payment Methods.
- Click on Add payment method.
- Insert all of your payment details, and at the end, press Add.
- You will go back to your main screen. Next to your newly added payment method, click the three dots and press Make Default.
- You can now remove any old payment methods you don’t want on the account.
How to Cancel Subscription
- From your Billing Page, click Cancel or Pause plan.
- Click Cancel Plan.
