How can I start accepting paysafecard tips?
In order to start accepting international payments, you’ll need to create a Skrill account, and then connect it to your Streamlabs account.
What payment methods are supported through Skrill?
Skrill supports several international payment methods, including paysafecard, Sofort, and a handful of others.
Does Streamlabs support all of these payment methods?
Currently, we support a variety of Skrills payment methods, but not all. If you see one on their list that you would like to support, please contact us and let us know.
What are the fees associated with Skrill payment processing?
The fees vary based on provider, but here is a list of the most popular payment methods and their fees:
Paysafecard - 9% + $0.25 per transaction
Sofort - 2.5% + $0.25 per transaction
Skrill Wallet - 2.9% + $0.25 per transaction
Neteller Wallet - 2.9% + $0.25 per transaction
We are only allowed to maintain our merchant account in USD, so there will be foreign exchange fees if transactions are made in a different currency.
Does Streamlabs take a cut of my tips?
No, we don’t take a cut from any tips that pass through our system, and we never will. All of the fees come directly from the payment processors.
How can I withdraw my money?
If you have funds available, you can withdraw them by clicking the Withdraw button under the Skrill menu on the Tip Settings Page.
Can I withdraw custom amounts?
No, when you click the withdraw button, all of your funds will be transferred to you.
Are there any withdrawal fees?
If your account currency is anything other than USD, there will be a 1% withdrawal fee and foreign exchange fees. This is not something we control, and is strictly a processor fee that we have to adhere to.
Why is my balance pending/ when are my funds available?
All tips made through paysafecard are immediately available.
All other payment methods have a 15 day clearance period.
