By submitting a coupon code for a Streamlabs product (“Coupon”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any additional terms and conditions printed on the coupon or contained in the digital communication transmitting the Coupon:

• The Coupon is redeemable only at Streamlabs.com or in the Streamlabs mobile application.
• For codes that are discounts on or free trials of paid subscriptions for or free trials for Streamlabs products, the Coupon may only be used to obtain a discount or free trial on a new paid subscription. Existing or prior subscribers are ineligible to use the Coupon. A discount Coupon will only be applied to the purchase price of the subscription; it will not be used to pay any applicable taxes.
• The Coupon cannot be used to purchase products or other services sold on Streamlabs.com or in the Streamlabs mobile application.
• You must be logged into your Streamlabs account during checkout to use the Coupon. Streamlabs is not owned or operated by any of the Third-Parties. You should review the privacy policies and terms of service of Third-Parties, as applicable, if you have questions about how they handle your data.
• You can log in to Streamlabs.com via computer, laptop or mobile device using the same log in information that you use to log into the Streamlabs mobile application.
• You must consent to the Streamlabs terms of service and privacy policy to subscribe to Streamlabs.
• To redeem the Coupon, you insert your unique Coupon code into the field “Add Code” during checkout. If you fail to enter the Coupon code at the time of a qualifying purchase or if the code you entered has previously been used, the purchase will not be eligible for the discount. Discounts may not be claimed after confirmation of your purchase of a Streamlabs Prime subscription.
• The Coupon cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, coupons, promotions, or sale prices.
• Coupons are not transferable.
• Coupons are not refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
• If a Coupon is used for a Prime Subscription that is cancelled at a later stage, no amount of the Coupon will be paid or credited to you and the Coupon will no longer be valid.
• Each Coupon is valid for a limited time only and expires on the date specified on the Coupon.
• Streamlabs is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained as a result of accepting and/or using the Coupon, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
• Coupons may not be reproduced, photocopied, mutilated, trimmed or altered in any way by you.
• Streamlabs is not responsible if Coupon is lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
• The Coupon is void where prohibited.
• Streamlabs reserves the right to discontinue or change a Coupon at any time.
• These Terms and Conditions are subject to the law of the State of California in the United States of America and the jurisdiction of the courts therein. By using the Coupon, you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Alameda County, California.
• By using the Coupon, you expressly consent to a waiver of any class claims that you might ever have and agree that any claims you might bring related to the Coupon shall be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action.
